Games4u enables users to lease or rent NFTs. By participating in these transactions:
•Owners: You confirm that you have the legal right to lease the NFT and agree to transfer temporary access rights to the renter based on the lease terms.
•Renters: You agree to comply with the owner's terms and platform rules. Renting does not confer ownership of the NFT.
All transactions are facilitated through smart contracts, which govern the terms of the lease, payment, and usage.
5. Fees and Payments
Games4u may charge fees for its services, such as listing fees, rental fees, or transaction fees. These fees will be clearly communicated before you proceed with any transaction. By using Games4u, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
Transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency, and you acknowledge that market volatility may impact the value of transactions.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
• NFT Ownership: The NFTs listed on Games4u remain the property of their respective owners. Renters only receive temporary usage rights as per the lease agreement.
• Platform Ownership: All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with Games4u are the intellectual property of Games4u or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purposes only.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use Games4u in a lawful manner and refrain from:
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Compromising the security or integrity of the platform.
• Distributing malicious software or attempting unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Violating any laws or regulations applicable to your use of the platform.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
